摘要
研究了CO2加氢合成甲醇催化剂中载体Al2O3的作用。活性评价、TPR、TPD、TPSR等实验表明,Al2O3不但起骨架作用,而且能分散催化剂的活性组分,使CO2的吸附和转化率提高。铜基催化剂掺中入适量的Al2O3能提高CO2加氢合成甲醇的选择性,过量的Al2O3会降低甲醇的收率。
The effect of Al 2O 3 is studied on hydrogenation of CO 2 to methanol over a CuO/ZnO/Al 2O 3 catalyst.Based on the GC, TPR, TPD, and TPSR results, it is concluded that Al 2O 3 can disperse the active components of the catalyst and hence promote adsorption and conversion of CO 2. Addition of a right amount of Al 2O 3 can enhance the selectivity to methanol, whereas too much Al 2O 3 will decrease the yield of methanol.
