穴位电刺激对废用性肌萎缩肌细胞凋亡干预作用的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察穴位电刺激对废用性肌萎缩肌细胞凋亡干预作用。方法:采用悬吊方法复制肌肉萎缩模型,SD雄性大鼠18只随机分成对照组、模型组和电刺激组,每组6只。采用HE染色及DNA末端标记法(TUNEL)分别观察肌组织病理变化与肌细胞凋亡的变化。结果:肌组织切片经HE染色,模型组可见肌纤维的萎缩,肌细胞凋亡明显增多;对照组肌组织无明显变性,仅见极少量凋亡阳性细胞;电刺激组肌纤维的萎缩较模型组轻,肌细胞凋亡均显著减少。结论:穴位电刺激能有效地预防废用性肌萎缩。 Objective :To investigate Effects of Point electrical Stimulation on Muscular Pathology and Cellar Apoptosis of Muscular Atrophy. Methods : Eighteen rats were randomly divided into 3 groups : control group, muscular atrophy group and intervention group. The intervention is points electrical Stimulation which last for 3 weeks, Finally, Changes in muscular pathology were detected. By TDT/d UTP Nick End Labeling and immunohistoehemieal method, we can observe the muscle cellar apoptosis. Results :Haematoxyhn and eosin (HE) staining of muscle in muscular atrophy group shows various degrees of grouped atrophy of muscle fibres. Compared with muscular atrophy group, the number of muscle cellar apoptosis in intervention group were significantly less respectively. Conclusion : Points electrical Stimulation can prevent effectively muscular cells from apoptosis.
