摘要
结合电厂自身实际情况,重点分析了如何在煤质参数稳定的前提下,通过寻找磨煤机最佳加球量,进而降低磨煤机功率的峰值,从而达到降低制粉电耗、提高机组经济效益的目的。
Combining the practical self-circumstance of power plant, the article significantly analyzes how to get the method search optimal ball loading quantity, reduce the ball loading of coal mill, furthermore let the peak value of coal mill power fall on the condition of stable coal quality parameters. This can achieve the aim of reducing pulverizing power consumption and improve the economic type of units.
