摘要
浸出法制油粕中含残油少、粕的质量高、可做为提取蛋白质的优良原料。苦杏仁中脂肪含量为35%-50%,蛋白质含量高,油粕可以作为提取优质蛋白质的原料。试验以苦杏仁为原料,采用溶剂法提取杏仁油,通过对比无水乙醇、无水乙醚、正己烷3种溶剂的提取率,选择了正己烷为提取溶剂,采用单因素和正交试验研究了料液比、浸提时间、浸提温度、浸提次数等工艺参数对杏仁油提取率的影响,杏仁油的最佳提取条件为:料液比1∶3.5,浸提温度60℃,浸提时间80 min,浸提2次。
There were little residual oil and high quality of dregs in the oil dregs which could be used as fine raw material from which the fine protein was made by extraction method.The oil content in bitter apricot kernel was 35%-50%.There was high content of protein in bitter apricot kernel whose dregs could be used as raw materials from which fine protein could be extracted.The almond oil was extracted by using bitter apricot kernel as raw materials and ethanol、ether、hexane as extraction menstruum.The hexane was selected as the best solvent by contrast the solvent extraction rate.The effect of ratio of material to fluid,extraction time,extraction temperature,treatment times on the almond oil extraction rate was studied through the single factor and the orthogonal test.The optinal extraction conditions of almond oil were as follows:ratio of material to fluid 1:3.5,extraction temperature 60 ℃,extraction time 80 min,treatment times 2.
