摘要
在总结分析各种异形钢管混凝土柱工程应用的基础上,提出矩形钢管混凝土组合焊接T形柱(Welding Rectangular Composite T-shaped Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular Column,简称WRC-T钢管混凝土柱).考虑约束效应系数、长径比、肢长腹比等参数的影响,设计制作20个WRC-T钢管混凝土短柱试件,通过短柱的轴心受压试验,考察试件的破坏形态,实测试件的荷载-变形曲线和极限承载力,分析各参数对此类短柱轴压力学性能的影响.应用大型有限元软件ABAQUS6.5进行数值模拟分析,将数值模拟结果与试验结果进行比较,两者符合较好.研究表明,WRC-T钢管混凝土短柱的两个组成部分能很好地协同工作,力学性能好,便于施工;利用有限元软件ABAQUS6.5中的C3D8R单元进行实体建模可以较好地模拟WRC-T钢管混凝土短柱的力学性能.
Based on the summary of various kinds of specially shaped concrete-filled steel tube columns in the application of engineering, WRC-T(Welding Rectangular Composite T-shaped Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular Column) concrete-filled steel tubular column is presented in this paper. 20 WRC-T concrete-filled steel tube short columns were designed and manufactured. The influential factors include the constraint factor, ratio of length to diameter and ratio of length to sternum of member were considered. Axial compression test was carried out, the load-deformation relationship curves as well as ultimate bearing capacity tested. Thereafter the failure modes of specimens were investigated and the effect of each in- fluential factors impact the mechanic properties of this kind short column were analyzed. Comparing the result of the experiment with those of ABAQUS6.5, both are found to be conformable. The study showed that the two parts of WRC-T concrete-filled steel tube short columns can work together, mechanics performance is steady, and it is easy to construct. Also the mechanics performance of WRC-T concrete-filled steel tube short columns can be preferably simulated by C3D8R of ABAQUS6.5.
