摘要
用微区成象XPS法分析了 Y-Ba-Cu-O(YBCO)超导块材,Y(Gd)-Ba-Cu-O(YGBCO)超导膜和 Ba-K-Bi-O(BKBO)超导晶体的成份原子分布。结果表明,YBCO块材和 YGBCO膜表面都存在富原子区;YBCO表面的富 Ba区位置与 CO32- 杂质富区的位置符合;YB-CO块材的成份不均匀现象比YGBCO膜的严重;BKBO晶面的原子分布较均匀。
The XPS elemental images of superconducting Y-Ba-Cu-O bulk material, Y(Gd) -Ba-Cu-O film and Ba-K-Bi-O crystals were generated using imaging XPS technique. The re- sults show that there are atom-rich dots on Y-Ba-Cu-O and Y(Gd)-Ba-Cu-O. The Ba-rich dots are coincident with the CO32--rich dots; the inhomogeneity of elemental distribution is more severe for Y-Ba-Cu-O bulk material than for Y(Gd)-Ba-Cu-O film. However, the elemental distribution on crystal faces of Ba-K-Bi-O is quite homogeneous.
