摘要
以东风小霸王轻型卡车转向节为研究对象,研究了该转向节的终锻成形过程.利用Pro/E软件建立转向节毛坯模型和模具模型,在Deform软件中模拟转向节闭模终锻的过程,通过改变模具型腔墩头、杆部过渡圆弧半径和耳部拔模斜度参数的大小,对比不同参数对锻压过程中锻压力变化规律和应变、温度分布规律的影响,选择合理模具参数为:过渡圆弧半径10 mm左右;拔模斜度5°左右.
By using the Dongfeng light truck knuckle as studying object, the forging forming process of this knuckle is analyzed. Using Pro / E software to establish the knuckle blank model and mold model, the closed-end forging process of the knuckle is simulated in Deform. By changing the parameters of mold such as the circle radius between the head and the link part and the pattern draft in the head, the process of forging force, strain and temperature distributed laws are compared under different parameters, the optimizing die parameters are selected: the proper die radius is about 10 mm,die vegularity is about 5°.
