摘要
采用高压脉冲电场进行电破乳,考察了不同因素对破乳效率的影响,控制电场频率在150Hz、外加电压7kV~8kV、操作温度在40℃,并在破乳初期和海绵状乳化液形成时期适当地搅拌,能得到近100%的破乳效率;破乳后的膜相能继续使用多次,并保持较高的提取率和乳液稳定性。
The electrostatic coalescence in pulse electric field was used to demulsify stable liquid emulsion membranes. Several factors affecting the efficiency of emulsion breakdown were examined. Nearly 100% efficiency of emulsion breakdown can be gained under the condition of frequency 150Hz, voltage 7000 ̄8000V, temperature 40℃ and agitating during the initial period and the forming period of sponge like emulsion. The demulsified membrane phase can be used for many times, while preserving the high stability and the extraction efficiency.
