摘要 节能降耗、污染减排是当前我国经济、社会发展面临的两个重大挑战和考验。针对电力、化工、冶金、水泥等行业的燃煤型炉窑排污严重、工作条件恶劣、数据采集困难等问题,设计了一种将嵌入式软硬件技术和基于GPRS无线通信技术相结合的无线远程监测系统,自动监测炉窑烟气中二氧化硫浓度和排放总量。该系统具有体积小易于布置、通信实时、价格便宜、易于维护等优点。 Energy saving and pollution decreasing are two severe challenge and tribulation problems in our country during its economic and society development currently. It is necessary to design a kind of wireless long-distance monitoring system with embedded platform and GPRS wireless communication technology for kilns of firepower plants, chemical plants, metallurgical plants, concrete plants, etc, which run under execrable conditions, emit a mass of pollutants and are difficult to sample. The system can monitor automatically the concentration and emission volume of sulfur dioxide in the kilns. The system has some excellent characters of easy setting, small cubage, communication on real time, low price and easy maintenance.
