摘要
目的描述某医学高校新专业新生专业恩想稳定性状况,探讨以学科干预为主的综合干预方法对妇幼卫生专业新生专业思想稳定性的干预效果。方法对2002级53名妇幼卫生专业新生开展为期1学期的以儿少卫生与妇幼保健教研室教师参与为主的综合干预,对干预前后学生的专业思想稳定性进行评价。结果干预组专业恩想稳定性的14个项目干预前后肯定回答率差异均有显著统计学意义(P〈0.001);干预组干预后与对照组半年后专业思想稳定性的各项目肯定回答率差异均有显著统计学意义(P〈0.05),干预组显著优于对照组。结论以学科系为纽带的综合干预方法对稳定高校新专业学生思想稳定性具有显著的作用。
Objective To describe the state of professional attitude among the freshmen in a new department of a medical university, and explore the effectiveness of disciplinary intervention-based comprehensive intervention targeting medical freshmen majoring in maternal and child health care abottt their attitude toward the major. Methods The one-semester comprehensive intervention was ad- ministered on 53 freshmen of year 2003 majoring in maternal and child health care by the teachers of the department of maternal and child health care. Evaluation of the students' attitude toward the major was made before and after the intervention. Results The percentage of positive answers to the 14 terms of professional attitude increased significantly in the study group after one0semester intervention ( P 〈 0. 001 ). The percentage of positive answers to the 14 terms of professional attitude was significantly different between the study group after intervention and the control group half a year after intervention ( P 〈 0.05 ), with the study group better than the control group. Conclusion The comprehensive intervention by the same department can stabilize the professional attitude of medical freshmen of a new department.
