摘要
新一届中央领导集体根据理论与现实的需要,提出了"六个基本"和"八大举措"的新"三农"思想。与我们党以前的"三农"思想相比较,具有产生的社会背景新、追求的目的新、体现的指导思想新、提出的观点新、制定的措施新等基本特征。把马克思主义与我们党的"三农"理论发展到新阶段,论述了在工业化中期政府如何解决"三农"问题,探索解决"三农"问题的新途径。
Based on the needs of theory and reality, our new central leaders have put forward the new ＂three-agriculture＂ thoughts of ＂six-basic＂ and ＂eight-measure＂. compared with the old one ,it has the basic characteristics of new social background, new goals, new directions, new point of view and new methods ,which has developed our party＇ s ＂three-agriculture＂ theory and Marxism to a new stage ,it also has explored a new way about how the government should solve the ＂three -agriculture＂ issue in the middle age of industrialization.
