摘要
以链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导大鼠糖尿病模型,观察黄芪单用及与开搏通合用防治早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。结果表明,黄芪能明显降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖、糖化血红蛋白,抑制肾脏肥大,减少尿微量白蛋白排出,黄芪与开搏通合用与黄芪的上述作用相似,其中抑制肾脏肥大作用更明显。提示,黄芪对实验性糖尿病性肾病具有防治作用。
The effects of astragalus, membranaceus (AM) on renal hypertrophy, microalbuminuria, glycemia and HbA1c were studied in experimental diabetic nephropathy induced by streptozotocin in male rats. After eight weeks of AM treatment, the renal hypertrophy and microalbuminuria were suppressed and glycemia and HbA1c decreased. Similar effects were also observed in the group of AM combined with captopril in which renal hypertrophy was reduced even more significantly. The results suggest that AM exerts a beneficial effect on experimental diabetic nephropathy.
