摘要
采用文献资料、专家咨询、问卷调查等研究方法,在分析彩民关系营销内涵、层次、本质的基础上,依据调查现状,提出上海电脑体育彩票销售网点彩民关系营销策略:合理细分彩民;加强与彩民的沟通交流;为彩民创造更大价值;加强体彩销售网点营销中的信用建设;体育彩票销售网点与彩民的关系向结构型关系转变。
Using the methods of literature, consulting experts, questionnaire etc., based on a theoretical analysis of the connotation, gradations and nature of the marketing emphasizing the relation to lottery-ticket-buyers and according to the present investigated condition, it brought forward the following marketing strategy emphasizing the relation to the lottery-ticket-buyers of Shanghai computer sports lottery tickets selling net-points: rational and fine gradation of lottery-ticket-buyers, strengthening the interchange with them in ideas; creating greater value for them; strengthening the construction of the credit in the marketing of sports lottery tickets selling net-points; and making the relation of sports lottery tickets selling net-points with lottery-ticket-buyers change to the structure relation.
