摘要
根据太钢4350m3高炉的原燃料条件,研究了炉渣二元碱度(R=CaO/SiO2)、MgO含量和Al2O3含量对高炉渣流动性及熔化性温度的影响,从理论上分析了炉渣中Al2O3及MgO的适宜含量范围。结果表明,在原燃料条件下,炉渣碱度在1.20左右,MgO含量约11%,Al2O3含量为14%~15%时,炉渣流动性较好。
According to the charging condition of 4 350 ma BF in Taigang, the influence of basicity, MgO and Al2O3 content on viscosity and melting temperature of BF slag was studied, and the optimal slagging regime has been provided. Considering the practice of Taigang, the favorable range of slag composition is as follows: the binary basieity is about 1.20, MgO content is about 11% or so, and Al2O3 content should be in the range from 14% to 15%.
