摘要
分析了常规测速方法存在的局限性和不足，在此基础上，综合常规测速方法的优点，利用最新的单片机技术，提出了一种可以实现高精度测速的方法，并对接口和编程作了简要的介绍。
By synthesizing the advantages of normal speedmeasuring method and in contrast with the disadvantages and limitations of the same a realizable speed-measuring process of hing-accuracy is suggested which utilizes the technique of single-chip microprocessor,and a brief introduction of the interface and the proguamming is also given.
