摘要
国家重点工程龙滩电站开始蓄水后,贵州册亨岩架钢筋混凝土双曲拱大桥即将淹没而成为通航障碍,必须拆除。在施工前,桥面到水面12m,按照通航要求,主航道水域需拆除至水面以下5m且在这5m范围内不能有爆碴堆积,根据工程特点,采取以深孔为主、浅孔为辅的爆破施工技术,对桥墩采用深孔爆破技术,对拱肋、拱板、拱顶采用浅孔爆破技术,并对深孔采用毫秒延时单孔起爆,有效降低爆破地震效应,爆破后经专业技术人员检测,爆破效果非常理想,完全满足技术和安全的要求,其施工技术可供同类工程借鉴。
Guizhou Ceheng Yanjia reinforced concrected double curvature arch bridge would be submerged after the national key project of Longtan Power Station water storage;it become obstacle in navigation,and it must be demolished. The bridge surface to the water surface was 12 m before construction. According to the navigation request, the water surface of main channel must be demolished to 5 m below water surface and no blasting brokens in this 5 m zone. The blasting technology of deep holes primavily in piers and short holes seconderily in arch ribs, arch panel and arch top was adopted and initatied deep hole one by one, which reduced efficiently the blasting vibration. After checken by technical porsons,the blasting resultls was very satisfied,and fully meet the technial and safety requirement. It offored experience to similar project.
