摘要
本文提出用边界元法计算一类要求系统所带电量代数和为零，电位参考点难以选定的静电场问题，推导出计算这类静电场问题的边界元方程，提出求解这类问题增列约束方程的方法，并通过实例计算验证其正确性和有效性，为特殊静电场问题提供了一种新的计算方法。
