摘要
渠道衬砌混凝土冻融剥蚀破坏对工程建设危害较大,破坏形态特征有表面酥松剥落、起砂等现象。以某大型渠道工程衬砌为例,通过方案比选,选定丙乳砂浆作为本次渠道修复处理方案,文章阐述了丙乳砂浆的施工配合比的确定,及其改性机理,介绍了丙乳砂浆在渠道衬砌表面冻胀破坏修复中的应用施工技术,以及施工后的外观效果及检测结果,证明丙乳砂浆是一种经济、迅速、优良的薄层修补材料,可用于渠道衬砌表层的破坏修补。
Erosion damage of channel lining concrete by freezing thawing is serious to construction. The damage forms include crisp of surface and so on. Take a channel lining project for example, through the programme selection, the paper selected acrylic emulsion mortar plan as this repairing plan of surface freezing-thawing of channel lining, also selected construction mix and explained its modification mechanism, analyzed the resuits of acrylic emulsion mortar on repairing of surface freezing thawing of channel lining. The practice proved to be successful and effective, it is simple to operate rapidly, to construct economically as well particularly suitable to repairing great thin layer of channel lining.
