大承气汤微米制剂与传统汤剂化学成分的对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的对比分析大承气汤微米制剂与传统汤剂的化学成分。方法采用TLC法鉴别大黄、辛弗林;用HPLC法测定芦荟大黄素、大黄素、大黄酸、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚、辛弗林、柚皮苷的含量。结果TLC法鉴别大黄、辛弗林,大承气汤微米制剂主要成分斑点较大承气传统汤剂更明显、清晰。微米制剂中的化学成分的含量分别是传统汤剂的1.53、1.46、1.25、1.33、1.08、1.10和1.23倍。结论大承气汤微米制剂主要成分均高于大承气汤传统汤剂。 Objective To contrast the chemical compositions between ultramicro preparation and traditional decoction of Dachengqi decoction. Methods The rhubarb and synephrine were identified with TLC; and the contents of aloe-emodin, emodin, chrysophanic acid, chrysophanol, rheochrysidin, synephrine,and naringin were determined with HPLC. Results The key component speckle in ultramicro preparation was more obvious and clearer than that in trsditional decoction. The content of chemical compositions ultramicro preparation were respectively 1.53, 1.46, 1.25, 1.33, 1.08, 1.10 and 1.23 times of the traditional decoction. Conclusion The contents of major chemical compositions in ultramicro preparation are higher than that in traditional decoction.
