摘要
针对块与块之间的轧制力长短期自学习不能修正轧件个体差异的缺陷,提出了道次间辊缝动态修正模型。针对变形抗力参数的变化规律,提出了两维指数平滑处理模型,该模型采用指数平滑处理法,分别针对轧制规程的各个道次,按轧制顺序对各个轧件的参数进行纵向指数平滑处理;同时,针对轧钢前面道次变形抗力参数相对于纵向指数平滑的偏差进行横向指数平滑处理,以此确定在轧钢后几个道次的变形抗力参数,从而实现辊缝的道次动态修正。国内某3000mm轧机实际应用表明,该辊缝动态修正模型可使90%以上的轧件出口厚度波动控制在0.15mm以内,具有较强的实用价值。
Aiming at the disadvantage of unable to modify the individual difference of plate of long and short term self learning of rolling force, dynamic modifying model of gap between passes is built. Aiming at the changing rule of parameter of deformation resistance, author brings up the two dimensional smooth exponential method, which uses the smooth exponential method to do the longitudinal smooth exponential with the parameter of plate basing on the rolling sequence, and at the same time, dispose with the deviation between the deformation resistance parameter of former passes of the rolling plate and the longitudinal smooth exponential parameters, so that insure the deformation resistance parameter of the behind passes, carrying out the dynamic correct. Application of the model in a certain plant of 3 000 mm mill indicates that 90 percent of plate's exit gauge deviation can be controlled in 0. 15 mm,it has pretty high practical value.
