摘要
血浆脑钠肽是一种主要由心脏分泌的多肽。胱抑素又称半胱氮酸蛋白酶抑制蛋白C。国外的研究提示,二者都在糖尿病肾病早期有特异性的改变,与肾小球滤过率,尿蛋白排泄率有相关性,为糖尿病肾病早期诊断的敏感指标,对于糖尿病肾病早期的防治有重要意义。
B-type natriuretie peptide is a kind of polypeptide mainly secreted by heart. Cystatin C is also known as eysteine pmteinase apoptosis protein C. Abroad Researches founded that both of them could change specifically in the early period of diabetic nephropathy and also can correlate with the GFR and urinary albu- min excretion rate. They are the sensitive indicators in its early diagnosis and have important significance in the early diagnosis and prevention of diabetic nephrepathy.
