鄱阳湖区洲滩底质有机氯农药的垂直污染特征 被引量:11

Perpendicularity pollution characteristics of organochlorine pesticides in bot tomland sediment of Poyang Lake area

摘要 为了解鄱阳湖区滩地有机氯农药污染状况,以南矶山滩地为研究现场,采集底质沉积柱状样品38cm,按每2cm厚度将底泥分样。采用索氏提取方法(Soxhlet Extraction,SE)和气相色谱法,分析底质中有机氯农药的残留量。底质中HCHs、DDTs的平均值分别为1.198μg·kg-1、34.393μg·kg-1,符合土壤环境质量一级标准(GB15618-1995)。HCB、PS检测均值分别为2.332μg·kg-1、26.613μg·kg-1。HCHs及DDTs的垂直污染研究中,表现出较明显的年代分布特征,δ-HCH在1982年出现最大的峰值(6.750μg·kg-1),P.P'-DDD在1953、1987年有两个较明显的峰值,这与我国六六六、滴滴涕农药的投产及禁用时间相关。PS在1961、1999年前后出现两个高峰,这与鄱阳湖地区杀灭血吸虫使用五氯酚钠的量的变化有关。鄱阳湖洲滩五氯酚钠洒药区域不能作为绿色食品生产的基地。 The purpose of this research is to analyze the OCPs residue in the bottomland sediment of Poyang Lake area. Nanjishan bottomland was selected as the research field, a column sample of bottomland sediment (38 cm length) was collected and then separated into 19 samples based on 2 cm each. OCPs residue of samples was determined by gas chromatography with electron capture detector after pretreated by Soxhlet extraction. The average concentrations of HCHs and DDTs were respectively 1. 198 ug·kg^-1 and 34.393 ug·kg^-1, which reached the A level of environmental quality standard for soils in China (GB15618 - 1995).The average concentrations of HCB, PS were 2.332 ug·kg^-1, 26.613 ug·kg^-1 separately. The perpendicularity pollution of HCHs and DDTs showed obvious distribution characteristics of different years, with the biggest peak value( 6.750 ug·kg^-1 )of 8-HCH in 1982, the bigger peak values of P.P'-DDD in 1953 & 1987, which were closely related to the time when HCHs & DDTs were in wide use or banned. There were two high peak values with the PS concentration in 1961 and 1999, which was in correlation with the quantity of PS used for killing schistosome in Poyang Lake Area. The area of sprinkling PS in Poyang Lake Bottomland is not suitable for the base of green food.
