摘要
合成了N,N’-双(2-羟基-1-萘酚醛)-2,6-二亚胺吡啶配体(L)及其Co(Ⅱ)配合物.通过元素分析、摩尔电导率、红外吸收光谱、紫外吸收光谱及差热-热重分析,确定了配合物的组成为Co(NO3)2L.2H2O.在pH值为7.25的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,以溴化乙锭为荧光探针,用荧光光谱、黏度实验测定研究了Co(NO3)2L.2H2O与ct-DNA的相互作用,结果表明,Co(NO3)2L.2H2O与ct-DNA容易发生插入作用,结合常数Ka=2.34×105L/mol,结合位点为1.
A novel lig complex were syn and of N, N'-bis (2-hydroxy-l-naphthaldehyde)-2,6-pyridylenediimine (L) and its Co (Ⅱ) esized. Co( Ⅱ ) complex was characterized by elementary analysis, molar conductivity, IR, UV and thermal analysis. The results suggested that the possible composition of the complex was Co(NO3)2 L · 2H2O. The mechanism of interaction between Co( Ⅱ ) complex and calf thymus ct-DNA has been studied with ethidium bromide (EB) as a spectral probe by spectrophotometry and viscosity measurement in buffer solution of Tris-HCl(pH=7.25). All of the results indicated that the interaction of the Co( Ⅱ ) complex with ct-DNA is intercalation, the binding constant (Ka) is 2.34×10^5 L/mol, and the binding spot(n) is 1.
