溶剂法裂离桔瓣型PET/PA6复合纤维 被引量:5

Separating PET/PAG Bicomponent Fibres by Solvent Treatment

摘要 本文论述了盐酸和苯甲醇溶液对桔瓣型PET/PA6复合纤维处理条件。分析了处理方法对纤维的作用机理。测量了纤维处理前后的重量变化,观察了纤维处理后的裂离情况和断面形状变化,通过对纤维断面的SEM照片进行扫描分析,得到纤维经两种方法处理不同时间后的裂离度。 PET/PAG bicomponent fibres were subjected to dissolving treatment with acid swelling treatment with mixture of benzyl benzyl alcohol and cycolhexanone. The reasonable condition of each treatment and the principles of each reaction were analysed. Weight of fibres was measured before and after each treatment. The separating situation and cross section were observed with scanning electron microscope after each treatment. The SEM photograpls of fibres' cross section were scanned by computer, and the data of separating degree after different period of each treatment were obtained.
