摘要
世界上许多国家发表了膳食指南来指导本国公众健康饮食。2005年美国发表了新的膳食金字塔,图形更简洁,依靠互联网使内容更加丰富和个性化。2005年日本推出的膳食平衡指南选用陀螺的形状来强调平衡的重要性,同时放弃了其他国家以食物分类的方法而采用料理来分类以期使消费者更容易接受。两国都在指南里突出了运动的重要性。两国指南的膳食推荐量大致相当。但一些营养学专家也提出了指南中存在的问题,主要有个别食物(料理)的建议量和所处的位置以及如何推广等问题。了解美国膳食金字塔和日本膳食平衡指南有助于不断完善我国的平衡膳食宝塔。
Dietary guideline was issued by many countries. In 2005, The U.S. Department of Agriculture published the new MyPyrantid with simply graph, more plentiful content and personal characteristics with the help of internet. Also, in 2005. Japan introduce the spinning top form to emphasis the importance of balance for the balanced diet guideline, and adopt the Japanese dishes rather than the food classification of other countries to make the diet more acceptable. Both the two countries emphasized the importance of physical activity, also their food group recommendation is similar. But some nutritionists pointed out some problems of the guideline, including some recommended quantity, position and popularized of food. To understand the American MyPyramid and Japanese balanced diet could be helpful to improve the balanced diet pagoda in our county.
