EFFECT OF SUPPLEMENT OF NATURAL BIOLOGICAL CALCIUM ON BONE MINERAL DENSITY OF PROXIMAL FEMUR IN POSTMENOPAUSAL WOMEN

摘要 [目的]探讨一种天然生物钙禽类卵壳粉对绝经后妇女骨质疏松的干预效果。[方法]筛选本院50 ̄60岁绝经后患有骨质疏松症的女性职工90例,随机均分为3组。实验组服用自拟禽类卵壳粉;对照组服用碳酸钙制剂;空白组服用安慰剂。实验组和对照组日摄入钙均为600mg。治疗前及治疗后6个月分别测定疼痛分级、骨密度。[结果]实验组和对照组疼痛明显缓解,空白组无明显变化或症状加重。实验组、对照组及空白组治疗前后骨密度(g/cm3)分别为0.684±0.042,0.752±0.047、0.685±0.051,0.751±0.038、0.682±0.038,0.647±0.035(P﹤0.05),总有效率3组分别为100%、96.7%、0%。有统计学意义。[结论]自拟生物钙禽类卵壳粉可以改善疼痛感和骨密度,且安全可无毒副作用。 [Objective] To explore the intervention effects of supplement of natural biological calcium eggshell on the osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. [Methods] 90 women at the age of 50-60 years with osteoporosis were randomly divided into three groups. Experimental group was treated with eggshell pulvis, while the control group was taken calcium carbonate preparation as well as the blank group was treated with placebo. The amount of calcium was 600mg for experimental group and control group. The levels of pain and bone density were measured at the time of six months before and after treatment. [ Results] The pain was obviously released in control and experimental groups, while no obviously changes presented or symptom increased in blank group. The bone density of experimental group, control group and placebo group showed to be 0.684 ± 0.042 m ± SD, 0.752 ± 0.047 m ± SD and 0.685 ± 0.051 m ± SD, respectively, before treatment, while to be 0.751 ± 0.038, 0.682 ± 0.038 and 0.647 ± 0.035, respectively, after treatment (P 〈 0.05). Total effective rates for the experimental, control and placebo groups were 100%, 96.7% and 0%, respectively. [Conclusion] The biological calcium eggshell pulvis with safe and without adverse effect could effectively release the feeling of pain and improve the bone densit in the patients with the woman menopause osteoporosis.
