摘要
研制出一台基于DSP控制的超音频脉冲TIG焊电源,介绍了该电源的拓扑结构、主回路工作原理、基于TMS320LF2407A的硬件控制系统与控制软件的设计。讨论了TMS320LF2407A产生多路PWM信号的工作方式,以能够满足超音频直流脉冲TIG焊电源的需要。该电源输出的超音频脉冲电流具有较陡峭的上升、下降沿,电流变化率大于50A/μs,能够满足超音频状态下大电流输出焊接的需求。
An ultra-sonic pulse TIG welding power source based on DSP is designed.The power source topology,main circuit working principle,the control circuit and program design based on TMS320LF2407A are introduced.The generating methods of multi-PWM signals coming from TMS320LF2407A for the power source are discussed.The output current wave of the power source is analyzed.The ultra-sonic pulse current change rate is up to 50 A/μs,which can meet needs in high current ultra-sonic pulse TIG welding.
