摘要
对串并联谐振变换器的工作原理进行了分析,得出串并联谐振变换器有3种不连续工作模式,绘制出这些模式下的状态轨迹图并介绍了绘制方法。通过对轨迹图的几何分析,得到不同模式下变换器各参变量之间的关系式以及便于工程设计的公式。最后给出功率为3.5kW、输出电压为-10.4kV的高压电源设计实例,实验结果验证了分析的正确性。
Analysis of series-parallel resonant converter (SPRC) principle shows that discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) of SPRC can be divided into three.State track diagrams of three modes are drawn and the drawing method is introduced.Relations of all parameters and equations which are suited to engineering design are derived.Finally,a simulation and design example of +3.5 kW/-10.4 kV high voltage power supply is given,the results verify the theory.
