摘要
用健康人T淋巴细胞免疫猪,检测指标合格后采集猪血浆,经热吸收去除相应的杂抗体后,用改进的低温乙醇法分离纯化得到抗人T细胞猪免疫球蛋白。试生产5批,其主要质量指标均符合《中国药典》的要求,表明改良的低温乙醇法可用于纯化抗人T细胞猪免疫球蛋白。
Immune pigs with healthy human T lymphoid cells. After absorbing the impurity antibody from the qualified pig blood plasma, the rest plasma were purified through the improved low temperature ethanol processes to obtain anti-human T lymphocyte porcine immunoglobulin. Applying this improved process to 5 batches of plasma and examining the main quality index sign of those immunoglobulin, the results are found to be conformed to Chinese pharmacopoeia, which expressing the possibility of the process improvement.
