摘要
研究了亚共晶、共晶、过共晶Al-Si合金在润滑条件下的磨损行为,探讨了三类合金的磨损失效机理,得出提高Si含量是提高Al-Si合金耐磨性的有效途径。
The sliding wear behaviors under lubricating of hypoeutectic, eutectic and hypereutectic Al-Si alloys are investigated. The wear mechanisms of three kinds of alloys are discussed and one effective way to improve the wear resistance of Al-Si alloys is put forward, that is increasing the silicon content.
