摘要
情态动词是极具语用特征的语言学范畴，语用渗透到情态使用的方方面面。本文通过对情态动词语义的语用蕴涵、语境顺应性和情态动词间接言语行为、情态动词隐含的言语行为类别进行分析，阐明了情态动词的语用实质和语用综观性。
The modal verb is a linguistic category with rich pragmatic features,which are permeated in languange use. By analyzing the pragmatic intension of its semantics, the contextual adaptability, the selection of indirect speech acts and categories of the implicit speech acts in primary modal verbs, the study testifies to the pragmatic nature and the pragmatic perspective of modal verbs.
