摘要
衬砌渠道冻胀破坏多年来一直影响着宁夏渠道的使用年限和安全运行。在对宁夏灌区多年来渠道衬砌形式及应用效果调查、分析、总结,并借鉴国内研究成果和成功经验的基础上,选取具有代表性的渠道汉渠作为试验段,设计12种不同衬砌结构形式,通过3年的试验观测,取得了大量的试验数据。对不同衬砌形式的防冻胀效果和技术经济指标进行综合分析比较,提出适合宁夏灌区特点、满足渠道安全运行、经济实用、防冻胀效果显著的混凝土板+土工膜+苯板+砂砾石换填等多种衬砌结构形式。
For many years the lining-work-canal heave destruction has always been affecting service time and safe operation of the canals in Ningxia. This paper is based on the investigation of the lining pattern and the application effect of the canals in the Ningxia Ir-rigation Area. By using the domestic research results and successful experience for reference, it makes a further analysis of them. It selects the representative canal-Han ditch as the experimental section, designs twelve different kind of lining-work-structure patterns and obtains plenty of experimental data after three years' experimental observations. This paper makes a general analysis and comparison of the guards against the heave effect and the technology economic indicator to the different lining-work patterns. It proposes many kinds of lining-work-structure patterns including concrete slab + earth labor membrane +polystyrene board + sand gravel to trade fills in and so on. They apply to the characteristics in the Ningxia Irrigation Area, satisfy the safe operation of the canals. They are economical and practical and have remarkable effect on guarding against heave.
