摘要 应用高速逆流色谱法,以正己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水(5:5:5:5)为两相溶剂系统,从红霉素中分离制得红霉素A和红霉素B,纯度分别为98.18%和99.05%。 A high-speed counter-current chromatography was used to separate and prepare of erythromycin A and erythromycin B from erythromycin, n-Hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water (5 : 5 : 5 : 5) was used as he twophase solvent systems. The purities of erythromycin A and erythromycin B were 98.18 % and 99.05 %.
