摘要
随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展和依法治国战略的实施,社会对法律的需求日益增多。以人为本,关注民生,构建和谐社会,是我们党在新时期提出的新要求。应用法学专业学生应当注重法律实践,主动走进社区,用所学法律知识服务社区,为建设平安社区、和谐社区贡献自己的力量。
With the development of socialist market economy and the implementation of the strategy of state affairs according to law,the legal requirement of community has increased. People--Oriented, concerning about people＇s livelihood and building a harmonious society are the new demands that the Communist Party of China has put forward in the new historical period. Application of law students should focus on legal practice and take over community services on their own initiative. By the use of legal knowledge to serve the community and to build the safe and harmonious communities,they should contribute their strength.
