摘要
主要介绍了上海汽轮机厂超临界600MW等级给水泵汽轮机排汽管道口径选取的数值计算分析过程。采用计算流体力学手段模拟了给水泵汽轮机不同口径排汽管道内的蒸汽流动特征和压力损失,为深化认识小机排汽特点,改进设计手段和形成设计规范提供了系统的数据。
For the opening diameter selection of exhaust pipe for BFPT of 600MW supercritical pressure power plant, the numerical calculation analysis is introduced. By using computational fluid dynamics, the flow pattern and pressure loss for different sized pipes of BFPT are simulated to understand the features of exhaust in terms of small units, and improve the design specification so as to supply the system data.
