摘要
介绍了各种油品汽车装车泵配置方案的优缺点及其适用场合,并举例对比了几种情况下采用大泵节流和使用调速泵的耗电量,以说明并不是在任何情况下使用调速泵都是经济的,实际设计中应根据项目的实际情况选择合理的装车泵配置方案,并列举了使用调速泵时需注意的一些问题。
Abstract The advantages and disadvantages of different configurations of loading pumps for product oil tank cars and their appropriate applications are described. The power consumptions of installing large throttling pumps and variable-speed pumps are compared, which indicates that the application of always economical. The loading pumps shall be properly selection based upon the actual variable-speed is not conditions of the project in design. The precautions in the selection of variable-speed pumps are presented.
