摘要
目的评价南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院喹诺酮类药物的利用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对该院2005—2007年喹诺酮类药物的应用品种、销售金额、用药频度等进行统计分析。结果药品总金额以2005年最高,口服喹诺酮类药物的用药人次数(DDDs)逐年递减,注射用喹诺酮类药物的DDDs逐年递增。口服用培氟沙星和注射用左氧氟沙星在该院的使用频度最高。结论该院使用的喹诺酮类药物品种相对固定,临床应用较为合理,但是注射用喹诺酮类药物的使用量逐年增长,应引起注意。
[Objective]To evaluate the utilization situation of quinolones in Huaian first hospital affiliated to Nanjing medical university, provide references for the clinical rational drug use. [Methods]The Quinolones antibacterials used in our hospital during 2005--2（137 were statistically analyzed in respect of the application variety, consumption sum and DDDs etc. [ Results] The consumption sum of quinolones in 2005 took the first place in the three years. DDDs of oral quinolones decreased year by year, and injectable quinolones increased year by year. Oral pefloxacin and injectable levofloxacin were the most commonly used 2 kinds in our hospital. [ Conclusion] The variety of quinolones used in our hospital is relatively changeless, and the clinical application of that is reasonable. For the application of injectable quinolones increased year by year,it is necessary to pay attention to the management in clinical application.
