液相空气氧化降解聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯研究

摘要 研究了废旧聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)塑料高温液相催化氧化降解的工艺条件,以醋酸为溶剂,醋酸钴、醋酸锰为主催化剂,溴化物为助催化剂,对二甲苯(PX)为助氧化剂,在一定温度和压力下用空气氧化降解聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,用气质联用法(GC-MS)检测了降解后的产物成分,尾气中CO和CO2浓度用红外在线分析仪检测。结果表明,PX作为助氧化剂可大幅度强化PET的氧化降解,有机碱类化合物对PET氧化降解反应速率有加速作用,其中吡啶的效果最明显。 The oxidation of waste PET is In the presence of acetic acid used as solvent, researched via high temperature liquid-phase process. acetate cobalt and acetate manganese as main catalyst and bromine hydride as co-catalyst, dimethyl Benzene as co-oxidants , using GC-MS (GC-MC) after detecting the degradation of the product ingredients, the exhaust of CO and CO2 concentration used online analyzer infrared detection. The results showed that, PX as an co-oxidant, can substantially help to strengthen PET degradation; organic bases can accelerate the reaction rate of the PET degradation; and the pyridine has the most obvious effect.
