摘要
激光共聚焦扫描显微镜(CLSM)具有图像清晰、特异性高、敏感性强、三维重建、空间定位、精确定量、断层扫描等优点,本文介绍了CLSM的工作原理和性能特点,还着重介绍了其在淀粉研究中的应用,得出CLSM是淀粉研究中的一个强有力的工具,将会在淀粉研究的各个方面得到广泛的应用。
Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope ( CLSM ) has many applied advantages such as clearly images, high specificity, strong sensitivity, three-dimensional reconstruction, spatial positioning and precise quantification. Its working principle and characteristics were introduced, and its application in the starch research was emphasized, thus it can be seen that CLSM is a forceful means in the starch research and will be widely applied in all respects of starch research.
