摘要
本实验主要研究在不同等离子体处理条件下,对淀粉进行改性研究。通过淀粉处理前后浆料粘度、粘附性、浆膜断裂强力、浆膜断裂伸长率和浆膜吸湿性等性能的变化来观察不同条件的等离子体作用效果,并研究了放置时间与方式对经等事子体处理后淀粉性能的影响。实验结果表明,等离子体处理后的淀粉浆料性能得到了一定改善与提高,但改性的效果会随着放置时间的延长而减弱。
In this paper, the modification of starch treated by plasma under different conditions was investigated. The modification effects were showed followed changes of viscosity and adhesion properties of paste, breaking strength, breaking elongation and moisture absorption of serosa, and the influence of placement time and method to the properties of starch treated by plasma. The results show that the properties of starch have been improved after plasma treatment, but the properties would be weaker when the placement time goes on.
