摘要
本文对图书馆信息服务与信息网络传播权两者之间的冲突进行分析,针对目前图书馆服务中所受到的限制,提出了如何完善我国信息网络传播权的相关法律法规,以促进图书馆网络信息服务,更好的实现资源共享。
This article analyzes the conflict between library information service and the information network propagation right. In view of the restriction in the present library service, it proposes the ways to improve the laws related with information network propagation right in China, so as to promote the library network information service and to realize sharing the resources.
