摘要
联合风险投资由于存在着增值服务产生的价值溢出性,成为一种日益普遍适用的投资方式.阐述了联合风险投资的现象和内涵,分析了其价值溢出的机理,并通过实际案例分析,探讨了联合风险投资由互补性增值服务带来的正向价值溢出效果.
United venture investments are increasingly adopted by venture capital investors and entrepreneurs because value-added services supplied mutually by united venture investments will bring value spillovers for each side. It expoundes the phenomenon, the meaning, and the mechanism of value spillovers in united venture capital investment. Then, it analyzes the positive effects of value spillovers from complementary value-added services through a case study of a listed company in China.
