摘要 随着对能源利用率和环保要求的不断提高,作为能量消耗大户的钢铁企业越来越重视产能与能耗之间的比值.国内中厚板轧机的利用率,从小时产量到单位能耗比都比较低,尤其是在中厚板生产粗轧阶段,由于设备利用率不够,导致产能低、能源消耗大,直接影响企业经济效益.文章以武钢轧板厂双机组轧机作为研究对象,对产能优化的问题进行了研究. Facing higher and higher requirements for environmental protection and energy consumption rate, iron and steel enterprises are paying more and more attention to improving the energy consumption rate. The utilization facton of medium plate mills in China, including the hourly output and energy consumption rate, is however still very low. Productivity, the productivity is low, and the energy consumption rate is high in rough rolling of medium plate, due to the low utilization factor of the mill, thus leading to a low economic benefit of the enterprises. By taking into account the double-stand medium plate mill of Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation, the issue of optimizing the productivity of the mill is approached in the article.
