摘要
目的观察小鼠单次和连续灌胃香黄合剂、罂粟壳水煎液、盐酸吗啡片及单次皮下注射盐酸吗啡注射液,对小鼠痛阈和肠蠕动的影响。方法采用热板法测定小鼠的痛阈,炭末推进法测定小肠推进率。结果热板法测痛阈:小鼠单次和连续灌胃香黄合剂、罂粟壳水煎液、盐酸吗啡片及单次皮下注射盐酸吗啡注射液30min、60min、90min后均能显著提高小鼠的痛阈(P<0.05),四组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);炭末推进法测小肠推进率:小鼠单次和连续灌胃罂粟壳水煎液、盐酸吗啡片及单次皮下注射盐酸吗啡注射液后均对小肠推进功能有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05),香黄合剂组单次和连续给药后炭末推进率分别为58.2%、56.0%,与正常对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论香黄合剂可以提高小鼠对高温的痛阈值,与盐酸吗啡片组、盐酸吗啡注射液组、罂粟壳水煎液组无显著性差异,同时对小鼠肠蠕动无抑制作用。
Object To observe the effect of oain relieving and small intestine propulsion func tion of mioe,througn one- off and consecutive administration of compound Xianghuang, de coction of Poppy,Mscontin tablet and one-time Morphine Hydrochloride injection . Methods The hot-plate experiment was used to study the pain threshold,while carbon powder propulsion experiment in small intestine was used to observe the percentage of carbon pow tier propulsion. Result In hotplate experiment: single and consecutive administration of compound xianghuang, decoction of poppy, Mscontin tablet and single-time morphine hydroohlo ride injection all markably enhance the pain threshold 30min, there are on signlficant difference between every two of the four groups(P〉0.05); carbon powder propulsion experiment in small intestine: single and con secutive administration decoc tion of poppy, Mscontin tablet and sinsle-time morphine hydro chlrlde injection all have significantly inhibiting effect on the prpulsion function of small intestine(P〈0.05),and after single and consecutinve administration of compound xianghuang,the percentage of carbon powder propuision respectively are 58.2%,56.0%,and there are ono significant difference from normal control group(P〉0.05).Conclusion Compound xianghuang can enhance the value of pain threshold of mice for high temperature, and there are no significant difference from mescontin tablet , morphine hydrochloride injection and decoction of Poppy , and simultaneously hasn't injhibiting effect on enterokinesia of mice.
