摘要
[目的]研究2株芽胞杆菌的安全性,为进一步开发益生菌添加剂奠定基础。[方法]以芽孢杆菌L2-19、Y25为材料,以健康小白鼠为试验动物,通过经口灌胃和腹腔注射2个途径对菌株进行安全性试验。[结果]全部小白鼠健康存活,体重明显增加,灌胃处理后对照(生理盐水)、L2-19和Y25试验组小白鼠的体重分别比处理前增加5.06、4.925、.04 g,注射处理后对照(生理盐水)、L2-19和Y25的体重分别比处理前增加5.38、4.964、.80 g。试验组小白鼠的脏器无明显异常,脏器系数与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),未见任何毒性反应。[结论]芽孢杆菌L2-19、Y25对小白鼠安全无毒,且增加了小白鼠体重,有进一步研发成为益生菌添加剂的价值。
[Objective] The research investigated the security of 2 Bacillus strains in order to lay the foundation for the further development of probiotic additives. [Method] Using the Bacillus strains I2-19 and Y25 as tested materials and the healthy white mice as tested animals, the security experiments on strains were made through 2 ways of ponring into stomach through mouth and injecting in the abdomen. [Result] All the white mice survived healthily after treatment and their body weight increased obviously. After treatment by gavage, the body weight of the white mice in the experimental group L2-19 and Y25 and the control (saline) increased 5.06 g, 4.92 g and 5.04 g resp. than that before the treatment and after intraperitoneal injection, the body weight increased 5.38 g, 4.96g, 4.80 g, resp. than that before the treatment. The viscera of the white mice in the experimental group were no obvious abnormality and the organ coefficient had no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group ( P 〉 0.05). There was no toxicity reaction to be found. [ Conclusion] The Bacillus strains 1-2-19 and Y25 were safe and innoonity to the white mice and could increase the body weight of the white mice, so they had further developmental value to become probiotic additives.
