摘要
[目的]探讨苯胺、二甲苯和硝基苯对白鲢的急性毒性。[方法]在实验室内的短期生物测试中,以白鲢为试验生物,将其暴露于3种化合物不同浓度的试验液中,通过其死亡率求出48 h内的最大无死亡浓度和最小全致死浓度。[结果]苯胺、二甲苯和硝基苯对白鲢的急性毒性正式试验浓度范围分别为70-100 mg/L4、0-50 mg/L和80-120 mg/L,均属于高毒物质。苯胺、二甲苯和硝基苯48 h内的最大无死亡浓度和最小100%致死浓度分别为70和100 mg/L、40和50 mg/L8、0和120 mg/L。苯胺、二甲苯和硝基苯对白鲢的急性毒性大小为:硝基苯〉苯胺〉二甲苯。[结论]研究鱼类的急性毒性可以用作评价水体环境安全性的一个快速有效的初级筛选手段。
[ Objective] The propose of the study was to discuss the acute toxicities of aniline, xylene and nitrobenzene to silver carp. [Method] In the in lab test with short-term bioassay, the silver carps as tested animal were exposed to tested solution of three chemicals with different doses and the max 48 h LC0 and the minimal 48 h LC100 were gained according to lethal rates of silver carp. [Result] The formal tested conen, ranges for the acute toxicities of aniline, xylene and nitrobenzene to silver carp were 70 - 100 mg/L, 40- 50 mg/L and 80- 120mg/L, all belongeing to the high toxicity matter. The max 48 LC0 and the minimal 48 b LC100 of aniline, xylene and nitrobenzene to silver carp were 70 and 100 mg/L, 40 and 50 mg/L and 80 and 120 mg/L, resp., and the acute toxicity for the tested chemicals in order was nitrobenzene 〉 aniline 〉 xylene. [Conclusion] Studying the acute toxicities of fishes could use as the rape and effective primarily screening way for evaluatiting the environment safety of the water body.
