摘要
[目的]为开发利用冬凌草根际土壤微生物资源。[方法]使用K562细胞的SRB法筛选模型,对从贵州省施秉县采集的冬凌草根际土壤样品中分离的207株微生物(放线菌112株、真菌95株)进行了抗肿瘤活性筛选。[结果]得到活性菌株共27株,阳性率为13.0%,其中真菌13株,放线菌14株。[结论]冬凌草根际土壤微生物是寻找抗肿瘤活性代谢产物的良好资源。
[ Objective] The research aimed to explore and utilize rihizosphere soil microorganism resources. [ Method] 207 strains of rihizosphere soil microorganisms, including 112 actinomycetes and 95 fungi, were isolated from Rabdosia rubescens in Shibing, Guizhou Province. And their fermented prodncts were screened with K562 cells by SRB method. [Result] 27 strains showed cell proliferation inhibitory activity on K562 cells, which possessed 13.0% of total 207 strains tested. In the active strains, there were 14 actinomycetes and 13 fungi, respectively. [Conclusion] Rihizosphere soil microorganisms from Rabdosia rubescens were good resources for seeking antitumor metabolites.
