摘要
传统的信息管理方式无法适时获得和掌握足够的工装信息,已很难适应现代化生产对工装管理的需要。根据企业内部工装管理各部门的职能分配,建立相应的结构模型,采用基于Web的B/S三层结构模式,建立信息查询、入库管理、出库管理、基础信息、统计报表、检测、系统设置等功能模块,实现工装的库存状态、属性、入库、出库、检测、报废等各种信息与相关部门信息共享和有效管理,为生产、技术、财务部门提供数据,作为生产管理、成本核算的依据。该系统可单独实现制造企业各生产分厂的工装实物管理功能,也可以作为一个功能模块与ERP系统集成。
The traditional information management mode can not obtain and master enough information of the jig tools timely, and it is hard to meet the demand for the jig tool management in modem production. According to the functional distribution of each department for the jig tool management in the enterprise, establishing the corresponding configuration model, adopting the three-level configuration mode based on B/S (Browser/Web server) of Web, establishing the functional modules of the information query, the in-store management, the out-store management, the basic information, the statistic list, the inspection, the system setup and so on. Realizing all kinds of information of the stockpile state, attribute, in-store, out-store, inspection, scrap and so on of jig tools for sharing with the relevant departments and the effective management to supply the data for the production, technology and finance departments as the basis of production management, cost calculation. This system can individually carry out the management function of the jig tool objects of each production division of the manufacture enterprise and can integrate with ERP system as a functional module.
