摘要
国际商法课程实施双语教学,是中国加入WTO后对涉外法律人才的需要。实施英汉双语教学,在教学中采用多媒体教学手段、强化英语使用能力训练、提高学生英语听说能力、充分利用案例教学,既可以满足学生学习国际商事法律的需要,又可以提高学生运用英语从事涉外法律相关工作的能力。
China＇s entrance to the WTO has played a great influence on our civil legal education, especially in the area of International Business Law. Bilingual teaching can enable students to master the required knowledge and use English more effectively. There are still some problem remains in our teaching of International Business Law, and this article tries to find out the way to improve the bilingual teaching in this subject.
