摘要
对集机电液一体化于一体,并采用自动化解决方案的连续油管测井机进行了介绍。该测井机采用了目前先进的电液集成控制技术,实现了液压系统的模块化、集成化设计,提高了连续油管测井机的自动化水平;采用基于人机界面控制的电器控制系统,最大程度地优化了控制室的布局,通过触摸屏实现全部控制任务;采用基于冗余备份的数据采集系统,实时记录了作业中的各种数据,完成了数据的采集、存储、备份和恢复。
Introduced is coiled tubing logging truck that integrates mechnical-electrohydraulic system and automation solution. Modular and integration design of hydraulic system using the advanced electrohydraulic control system in the logging truck has increased degree of the truck's automation. Electrical control system based on user interface has optimized the control cabin to the highest extent and has completed all control tasks by touch screen. Data processing system based on redundant and backup technology recordes various work processes and real-time data, and also performs data acquisition, storage, backup and recover functions.
